Reports

Compile structured reports from agent conversations and generate weekly or monthly rollups for yourself or your team

Reports

Turn any agent conversation into a polished, shareable report — or generate periodic rollups that summarize your personal or team activity.

What Are Reports?

Reports are structured documents compiled from your agent conversations. Instead of scrolling back through a long chat thread, you compile a report that extracts the key findings, recommendations, and data into a single readable page. Reports can also aggregate activity across multiple conversations over a time window (weekly or monthly) for personal or team-wide summaries.

Report Types

TypeScopeDescription
Conversation reportSingle chat sessionA focused brief compiled from one agent conversation
Personal rollupYour conversations over a week or monthSummarizes your agent activity across all conversations
Team rollupAll team conversations over a week or monthAggregates the entire team's agent activity into one document

Compiling a Conversation Report

While chatting with any agent — including the Orchestrator — you can compile a report from the active conversation:

  1. Look for the Compile Report button in the chat toolbar (represented by a document icon).
  2. Click the button. The system sends the conversation to the report compiler.
  3. A progress card appears in the chat showing the compilation status.
  4. When ready, click the card to open the full report on its own page.

If a report already exists for the current conversation, the button changes to show "View Report" with a link to the existing report. If a previous compile failed, you see a "Retry" option to re-attempt compilation.

The agent can also compile reports automatically during a conversation — when it does, a report card appears inline in the chat showing the report title, status, and a link to view it.

Generating Rollups

From the Your Reports card on the dashboard home page, click Generate rollup to open the rollup menu. You can choose from four options:

OptionWhat It Covers
My weekYour conversations from the current week
Team weekAll team members' conversations from the current week
My monthYour conversations from the current month
Team monthAll team members' conversations from the current month

Select an option and the system compiles the rollup. You are redirected to the report page where you can watch the compilation progress in real time.

Viewing Reports

Navigate to a report by clicking its entry in the Your Reports dashboard card, or by following the link from the in-chat report card.

The report page displays:

  • Title and scope — what the report covers (conversation, personal rollup, or team rollup)
  • Structured content — headings, paragraphs, tables, and charts organized by the compiler
  • Action bar — Share, Download PDF, and Regenerate buttons

Report Statuses

StatusMeaning
CompilingThe report is being generated — a progress skeleton shows streaming activity
ReadyThe report is complete and rendered on the page
FailedCompilation encountered an error — click Regenerate to retry

Sharing and Exporting

From the report action bar:

  • Share — Generate a link to share the report with teammates who have access to the same conversation or team
  • Download PDF — Export the rendered report as a PDF file for offline reading or distribution
  • Regenerate — Discard the current report and compile a fresh version from the same source

Your Reports on the Dashboard

The dashboard home page includes a Your Reports card showing your five most recent reports. Each entry displays the report title, scope label (Conversation, Personal rollup, or Team rollup), and relative timestamp. Click any entry to open the full report.

Tips

  • Compile after reaching conclusions — Reports work best when the conversation has produced actionable findings. Compile after the agent delivers its analysis, not mid-investigation.
  • Use rollups for status updates — Weekly team rollups are useful for stand-ups and stakeholder updates — they summarize what your team accomplished with agents that week.
  • Regenerate if quality is low — If the first compile produces an unsatisfying result, click Regenerate for a fresh attempt. The second pass often improves.
  • Check the rate limit — If you see a "Too many compile requests" notice, wait a moment and try again. The limit resets quickly.
